Use of the Service

You agree to use xsolvere only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

Financial Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter into xsolvere, including balances, credit limits, APRs, minimum payments, due dates, and payment activity. App calculations and recommendations depend on the information you provide.

Financial information is provided voluntarily by users and is used solely to provide debt tracking, payoff planning, educational insights, and AI-powered recommendations within the app.

AI Coach and Third-Party AI Processing

xsolvere may offer AI-powered features, including AI Coach, to provide educational debt-related insights, explanations, and recommendations.

The AI Coach feature uses a third-party artificial intelligence service provided by Google to generate responses. When you use AI Coach, messages and debt-related information you choose to provide may be transmitted for AI processing.

Before information is first transmitted for AI processing, xsolvere presents an in-app disclosure and asks for your permission. By choosing to use AI Coach after providing permission, you agree that this information may be processed to generate AI-powered responses.

No Financial Advice

xsolvere provides educational tools, estimates, calculations, and AI-generated suggestions. The app does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit repair, investment, or professional advisory services.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all calculations, estimates, recommendations, and AI-generated suggestions before making decisions. You should consider consulting a qualified professional before making financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment decisions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may be offered through app store subscriptions or in-app purchases. Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are managed by the applicable app store provider according to its terms and policies.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the app. After a deletion request is submitted, your account may enter a pending deletion period before permanent deletion is completed. During this period, access to the account may be limited or disabled.

Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of xsolvere at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xsolvere is not liable for losses, damages, or decisions resulting from your use of the service, your reliance on app calculations, or your reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
